No illegal activity

You must not use ShadowIP VPN for unlawful activity, fraud, theft, harassment, attacks, unauthorized access, or activity that violates applicable law.

No abuse of servers

You must not overload, scan, attack, exploit, reverse engineer, or interfere with ShadowIP VPN servers, apps, infrastructure, or control panels.

No spam or fraud

You must not use the service to send spam, run phishing campaigns, commit payment fraud, impersonate others, or abuse platforms.

Service availability

ShadowIP VPN aims to provide reliable access, but service may be interrupted by maintenance, network issues, provider outages, capacity limits, or security events.

No refunds

ShadowIP VPN does not offer refunds once a VPN account, package, or reseller service has been activated. If you are unsure whether the service is right for you, please request a trial before purchasing.

Account termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, abuse the service, create security risk, fail payment, or cause operational harm.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ShadowIP VPN is not liable for indirect losses, business interruption, third-party platform decisions, or issues outside our reasonable control.
